1. Return Policy

1.1 Conditions for Return

• Notification Period: Clients are required to inspect the products upon receipt and notify us of any quality issues, damages, or shortages within 10 days. Please contact us at account@modahandbag.com with relevant photos and descriptions.

• Product Condition: Returned items must be unused, with all original tags and labels intact.

1.2 Non-Returnable Items

Certain products are non-returnable, as specified in their product descriptions.

1.3 Return Procedure

• Contact Customer Service: Within the notification period, email account@modahandbag.com providing your order ID, company name, contact name, phone number, shipping address, and details of the issue.

• Return Authorization: Our customer service team will respond with return authorization and further instructions.

• Return Period: After receiving return authorization, please return the products within 28 days.

1.4 Return Shipping Costs

• Product Issues: If the return is due to product quality issues, damages, or shortages, we will cover the return shipping costs.

• Other Reasons: For returns not related to product issues (e.g., ordering errors), the client is responsible for return shipping costs.

1.5 Processing Time

All returns will be inspected by our returns department. Please allow three working days for processing your credit note upon receipt of the returned items.
